What is the recommended daily rate and the maximum allowed dose depends on the person's weight and eating habits. Generally, a teaspoon of turmeric-pepper mixture mixed with honey or warm water is enough to have an effect. If the taste is unfamiliar, add ginger powder or cinnamon. You can also try mixing them with coconut oil.

As always, you should start with smaller doses.
