Tulsi is an aromatic plant found in Southeast Asia. The plant is 30-60 cm tall with erect, hairy stems and fragrant green leaves that bear purple flowers.

There are two types of plants:

a) Shyam Tulsi with black leaves;

b) Rama Tulsi with green leaves.

Tulsi helps balance the vata, pitta and kapha doshas in the body, which are responsible for health. It has rejuvenating and strengthening properties, so it protects the body in every way.
