Goods purchased from the Roserii online store have a 14-day right of return upon receipt of the goods. The right of return is designed to guarantee that the sent goods correspond to what was ordered. The conditions are as follows:
- The returned goods must be unused and in the original package.
- To return the goods, you must submit a return application to us at the e-mail address email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. It must contain order or invoice number, customer name and goods that you would like to return and why.
- The return of the goods takes place at the customer's expense and in this case the transport fee will not be reimbursed, unless the returned goods do not correspond to what was ordered.
Upon return of the goods, the purchased product(s) must be returned immediately, but not later than within 30 days.
You will be refunded for returned products immediately if the goods are returned to the warehouse, but not later than within 14 days.
The consumer's right of return is provided by law and is not a specific feature of ordering from the Roserii online store.
How to ask for refund?
- Access the "Orders history" section under your account.
- Select the order from which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details".
- Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
- Add the quantity that needs to be returned (in case more than one product need to be returned).
- In the "Merchandise return" section, add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand why the customer wants to return this product. Without that explanation, the process will take longer because we need to contact you again in order to get this information.
- Click on "Request a return".
