Recommended amount for daily consumption and instructions for use:

Place 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) to 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) in one liter (33.8 oz) of water and drink throughout the day. If you are using the product for the first time, start with a smaller amount and increase the dose gradually. Do not consume the undiluted solution!

To simplify administration, the product comes with a measuring pipette.
