Molkosan is one of the oldest products in the A.Vogel range. Whey has been revered in Switzerland for centuries, and Alfred Vogel developed a concentrated whey product to make this valuable food available to many people around the world.
During the production of Molkosan, fats and proteins are removed from fresh whey, leaving behind a full-value natural vitamin and mineral concentrate liquid.
Molkosan can also be consumed by people who are sensitive to dairy products, as fats, sugars and proteins are removed in the processing process.

Molkosan is made from fresh milk whey
As a result of natural fermentation, Molkosan L+ contains lactic acid (7.0g per 100ml).
Consumption
Dissolve about 2 tablespoons (20ml) of Molkosan in water, tea or juice and a nice refreshing drink is ready.
The recommended mixing ratio is 1:10
