Crushed ginger 190g

Finely chopped ginger is a great addition to many dishes.

Add crushed ginger to marinades, salad dressings, and other sauces. Great for seasoning steamed rice. Season seafood when frying or grilling.

“O, Etc.” magazine, April 2011, recommended the following:

“Add a spoonful of crushed ginger to stir-fries, coleslaw, and marinades.”

Ingredients: ginger, cane sugar, rice vinegar.
