Palm oil is not used in the production and shea butter is used instead. Shea butter is a vegetable oil obtained from the nuts of the shea tree. It occurs naturally in forest areas south of the Sahara. The shea nuts required for the production of shea butter are collected by hand and pre-processed regionally.

Use the broth as a base for soups, to finish sauces and stews or to finish the taste of vegetable dishes. Also delicious as a drinking broth.
