Use: Spray on the body and massage into the skin. Repeat if necessary. Good to use after washing on damp, clean skin and before going to bed. Focus on joints, muscles and problem areas. Can be used on the whole body, avoiding sensitive areas (e.g. around the eyes).

Dosage: For the first time, spray 5 x on different areas of the body and gradually increase the dose to 10-20 sprays per day. The first few times of use, a slight tingling sensation may occur, which may be a sign of low magnesium levels. The tingling sensation will disappear with regular use of the product or by drying the skin with a towel after massaging the oil into the skin. Suitable for children and use during pregnancy.
