Magnesium flakes for adding to bath water. A relaxing blend of magnesium flakes, lavender and chamomile essential oils promotes relaxation of tired and sore muscles and supports sleep. Lavender and chamomile help reduce stress and calm the mind. Magnesium is particularly effectively absorbed through the skin. The Zechstein Inside® magnesium used in the product comes from the Zechstein salt deposit, which is over 250 million years old and is located at a depth of 1600m in the Netherlands, so it is not exposed to pollution.

Use: Add 150 g of flakes to approx. 5 l of water for a foot bath and relax for 20 min. Add approx. 250 g of flakes to a full bath and relax for 20 min. For a more intense effect, increase the amount of flakes. Suitable for use during pregnancy
