The Zechstein Inside® magnesium used in the product comes from the Zechstein salt deposit, which is over 250 million years old and is located at a depth of 1600m in the Netherlands, so it is not exposed to pollution.

Use: Add 150 g of flakes to approx. 5 l of water for a foot bath and relax for 20 min. Add approx. 250 g of flakes to a full bath and relax for 20 min. For a more intensive effect, increase the amount of flakes. It is recommended to take a bath with magnesium flakes 2-3 times a week. The baths make the skin softer and smoother. Suitable for use with various skin problems and during pregnancy.
