Description

An effective Vata-calming formula for Panchakarma procedures.

Its nourishing, strengthening and rejuvenating properties make it useful in cases of paralysis, muscle weakness, exhaustion and insomnia.

Sida Withania Thailam is a Planet Ayurveda® Ayurvedic medicinal oil made from potent herbs such as Sida cordifolia (Bala) and Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) along with other restorative and nervous system strengthening ingredients.

Its recipe is based on the classic Bala Ashwagandha Thailam oil.

This medicinal oil is particularly beneficial in conditions where Vata dosha imbalances predominate – such as paralysis, muscle weakness, muscle atrophy and insomnia.

The oil’s nourishing and restorative properties help improve nerve function, strengthen muscles and restore vitality to the body. Regular massage with this oil calms the nervous system, promotes deep relaxation and improves the quality of sleep.

By calming irritated Vata, Sida Withania Thailam supports mobility, vitality and neurological balance – a holistic choice for those seeking natural recovery and strength through Ayurveda.
