Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, helps reduce fatigue and weakness, improves iron absorption.

Ingredients: (20 capsules acerola) (1 capsule/2 capsules): 530 mg/1060 mg mixture [L-ascorbic acid; 100 mg/200 mg acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra); 30 mg/60 mg dried sea buckthorn berries (Hippophae rhamnoides) and 20 mg/40 mg sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides); 30 mg/60 mg lingonberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea), dried fruit], capsule shell: gelatin.

Recommended dose: adults 1 capsule twice a day before meals. Swallow the capsule with enough water, or add its contents to food or water.
