Use: Use as a nourishing oil by spraying it directly on the skin (either face or body) or as a base oil by adding any essential oil of your choice. In the latter case, you can easily prepare the right massage oil for you. Spread the oil on the skin with the palms of your hands and rub until the oil is evenly absorbed into the skin. Use after a bath or shower when the skin is moist and warm and the skin pores are enlarged. Avocado oil can also be added to masks, such as a clay mask, before applying it to stretch marks to enhance the effect.
