Cinnamomum camphora
Ravensara essential oil, also called aromatic ravensara oil, is often confused with Ravintsara essential oil. Ravensara Aromatica essential oil contains a strong antiseptic, antibacterial and calming effect. It is perfect for making salves that are used for massage to relieve muscle and joint pain.
The aromatic Ravensara leaves and twigs have a slight camphor scent similar to that of eucalyptus.
NB! Essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin or mucous membranes.
Do not use essential oils undiluted. Pregnant women and young children can use essential oils with extreme caution. Do not leave essential oils out of the reach of children.
