Po-Ho Inhaler is a very good choice for inhaling Po-Ho oil. It directs the hot steam only to the hospital, inhalation is more convenient and effective.

Usage

Boil about 0.5 liters of water to 70 degrees. Pour 200ml of hot water into the lower part of the inhaler, which is about half of the lower container. Add 1 drop of Po-Ho oil to water. Screw the upper part of the accessory firmly onto the lower container. Start inhalation by placing your mouth and nose in the opening of the inhaler! Inhale the steam through your nose for 5 minutes. During this time, most of the essential oils evaporate and the water cools down to about 50 degrees and is no longer so noticeable when inhaled. Recommended this treatment by adding one drop of Po-Ho oil to the new 70 degrees once in a minute and continue to inhale for the following 5.

To inhale, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

You can inhale for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times a day.

Warning!

Do not exceed the amount of Po-Ho oil.

Since it is hot water, check that the upper part of the inhaler is firmly engaged.

Be careful, hot water burns!

Keep the hot water inhaler out of the reach of children.

Po-Ho oil and other essential oils should not be dripped directly into the nose!

Hands that have been in contact with Po-Ho oil and other essential oils must not touch the delicate skin around the eyes - it irritates!

Wash hands after contact with PoHo oil.
