Use:

Use as a nourishing and moisturizing oil, applying it directly to the skin (either face or body) with a spray, or as a base oil, adding some essential oil of your choice. In the latter case, you can easily get a massage oil that suits you. Apply the oil with your palms and rub until the oil is evenly absorbed into the skin, or spread it into the hair with your hands. Use after a bath or shower, when the skin is moist and warm and the pores are open.
