Introduction

Kshirabala Taila by Planet Ayurveda® is a classic Ayurvedic oil, widely used for nervous system, musculoskeletal system, insomnia and Vata imbalances.

It is highly valued for its nourishing, strengthening and restorative properties.

The oil is used both internally and externally - for example, in Abhyanga (therapeutic massage), Snehana (oil therapy), Basti (shoulder massage) and various Panchakarma procedures.

Made from a unique combination - Bala (Sida cordifolia), Kshira (cow's milk) and Tila Taila (sesame oil).

Key Ingredients and Their Properties

●Bala (Sida cordifolia)

Soothes Vata dosha, strengthens muscles and nerves.

Contains alkaloids (e.g. ephedrine), flavonoids, phytosterols and saponins, which provide anti-inflammatory and tonic effects.

●Kshira (cow's milk)

Nourishing, Vata-Pitta balancing and restorative.

Contains proteins, healthy fats, lactose, vitamins and minerals that improve tissue nutrition and immunity.

●Tila Taila (sesame oil)

Rich in antioxidants - sesamol, sesamin, sesamolin and vitamin E.

Anti-inflammatory, nourishing and Vata balancing; supports joint and nerve health.
