pHour Salts, or a mixture of 4 mineral salts, is a means of making body fluids and tissues alkaline. pHour Salts (the so-called mixture of 4 salts) is an antioxidant that reduces excessive acidity in tissues.

In order for the body to remain healthy, the body's pH must be balanced. The pH, or hydrogen exponent, indicates whether our body is acidic, alkaline or neutral. During physical activity, acidic substances are constantly produced in the body and the body gets rid of them in four ways: breathing, sweating, urinating and emptying the intestines. If there is too much acidic residue, the body cannot get rid of them all and they begin to accumulate, initially causing complaints that can turn into diseases.

Ingredients: sodium bicarbonate*, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate.

*Sodium bicarbonate is a chemical compound with the formula NaHCO3. Note! not to be confused with sodium carbonate, or washing soda. Sodium bicarbonate is a water-soluble white crystalline substance used in the food industry, medicine, chemical laboratories, etc.

Use: maximum 3 times a day, mix 1 measuring spoon of powder (6g) with a glass of water (250ml- 1L) and drink 1 hour before or after meals. Consuming 6g per day, the product will last for 120 days.
