Safety:

• For external use only!
• Do not put the oil in your nose, ears, eyes or mouth!
• According to age, dilute with an organic base oil, e.g. Jojoba oil
• Keep the product away from heat, oxygen and excessive light!

NB! Citrus fruits are photosensitive and sensitive to the sun! After using the oil, do not go to the solarium or stay in the sun for at least 12-48 hours

Elderly, pregnant, lactating mothers, babies and young children belong to the risk group - consult an aromatherapist for use

Essential oils can be used in baths or foot baths, with water in aroma lamps or diffusers, in some cases by inhaling them in aromatherapy, in saunas and hydromassage.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE FOR ADULTS

Massage: 7-10 drops with 10 ml of base oil

Bath: up to 25 drops per full bath

Shower: 1 drop in 10 ml shower gel/soap

Scent diffuser: 5-10 drops per 5-10 ml of water

Compress: 1-5 drops per 5-15 ml base oil on the skin

Inhalation: 3-5 drops per 50 ml of hot (max 40°) water
