Initial use and care

Unroll the mat and air the mat 2-3 days before use. The mat can be cleaned with a damp cloth, cold water and a neutral detergent. Dry the mat carefully. The color of the mat can fade and crumble if left in direct sunlight for too long. We recommend keeping the mat in a special mat bag.
