The importance of magnesium

More than 300 different enzymes need magnesium for their activity, in addition, magnesium regulates many biochemical and physiological processes in the body. About 60% of magnesium in the body is located in the bones, which form a certain buffer to maintain magnesium levels.

Magnesium is needed:
